Nicholas Christian

Nicholas has a unique cross-section of legal experience prior to Blackstone, beginning as a law clerk in a criminal law firm in May of 2019 before moving to the role of paralegal. He also has experience as a practice manager in a litigation firm which specialised in public interest matters. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Laws from Charles Sturt University. He began his time at Blackstone Legal Costing in 2023 and currently operates from our Sydney office dealing primarily with commercial costs matters across various state jurisdictions including NSW, VIC, SA, QLD, ACT and WA, as well as matters in the High Court and Federal Courts of Australia.
As a Cost Consultant, Nicholas is involved in preparing Bills of Costs, Notices of Objections, assisting with the preparation of complex advice, and high-level negotiations between parties.
Nicholas has a particular interest in rugby, mixed martial arts, and ancient history. In his free time Nicholas enjoys powerlifting, Brazilian jiu jitsu and screaming on the sidelines of his nephew’s rugby matches.
