Brett Linsdell has practiced exclusively as a costs lawyer in Victoria, NSW, ACT, Queensland, and federally.

Brett assesses files, draws Bills of Costs, prepares objections, and carries out settlement negotiations in matters ranging from personal injury claims to complex commercial litigation. He appears as an advocate before the Federal Court and Victorian Costs Court, both in mediations and at taxation of contested Bills of Costs.

Brett is passionate about maximising costs recovery for successful parties and minimising costs liability for unsuccessful parties. Outside of work, he is a keen cyclist and surfer.
