Kate Chan works as part of the NSW team as well as the personal injury costs claims team in Victoria.

Kate Chan Kate has broad costs experience across Supreme tribunals both in NSW, Victoria and federally. Prior to joining Blackstones, Kate worked in banking and finance law, immigration law, property law, and family law.

Kate is a lawyer admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2017. She also holds an Arts Degree majoring in psychology.
